Incorporation :

Goyal Charities Association (GCA), incorporated on 28/07/1987, is a charitable company formed, registered and licensed by the Government of India u/s 25 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Objective :
The company has been formed as a limited liability company for promoting education and awareness in the society as well as for engaging into any work of public Mission. It intends to apply its income and profits in promoting its objects and prohibits the payment of any dividend to its members.

Income-tax Exemption :
The company has sought registration u/s 12A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and accordingly its income is exempt from payment of Income-tax on fulfillment of the conditions prescribed U/Secs. 11 & 12 of the said Act. The company is also approved u/s 80-G of the said Act and accordingly donations given to the company are eligible for permissible deductions to the donors which presently are 50% of the donation amount subject to the limits and conditions prescribed under the said section.
